Do you offer Telehealth sessions? How do they work?
Yes! Telehealth has offered greater availability to clients and has been more convenient and timely for them. Clients receive the Zoom link for their session in the 24-hour reminder text/email the day before their session each week and can be sent again by reaching out to the office for help by texting or calling (480) 299-4604.
Can I attend EMDR and Somatic Experiencing sessions via telehealth?
Yes! This option is especially helpful for highly anxious clients who are more comfortable in their own surroundings or for clients who are very busy, needing a last-minute session or are trying to avoid Phoenix rush-hour traffic.
